Charles A. Gress, 76, of Kearny, New Jersey, passed away on Thursday, September 6, 2018. Loving son of the late Charles Gress and Vera Wright & step father Ellsworth Wright. Beloved father of Richard Gress & his wife Diane and the late Charles Gress. Adored grandfather of Mackenzie Gress. Dear brother of the late Douglas, Michelle, and Richard. Charles Gress was a Vietnam Army Veteran and two time Purple Heart recipient. He was employed at Thomas English Muffins in Wayne, NJ for over 30 years. Funeral private. Arrangements under the direction of Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, Lyndhurst. Donations may be made to DAV- Disabled Veterans of America PO Box 14301, Cincinnati, OH 45250-0301.
