In Loving Memory
Leslie John Keenan
December 13, 1942 - June 18, 2018

Les loved the great outdoors and thoroughly enjoyed his tropical fish collection and outdoor fish ponds. He and his wife, Patricia, visited several National Parks, including the Grand Canyon, Grand Teton and Yellowstone. They also savored an annual visit to their honeymoon destination - Bermuda, and often vacationed in Disney with their children and grandchildren.
Les was an avid reader and sports fanatic. He enjoyed reading on a wide variety of topics, both fiction and non-fiction. Les was a hard-core NY Yankees fan and took to the road annually, with his wife, Patricia, to watch the Yankees at stadiums ranging from Washington D.C. to Seattle, Washington. He also enjoyed rooting for the NY Giants during football season.
Those who knew Les, viewed him as a fountain of knowledge, always willing to impart wisdom and advice, especially to his three sons whom he was so proud of. You could ask him a question on almost any topic and he would have the ability to intelligently respond. He was the rock for his family and will be dearly missed by all.
Les attended St. Peters College, Jersey City and was enrolled in the Army ROTC program enabling him to enter the U.S. Army as an Officer upon college graduation. After proudly serving his country, he went on to earn his MBA at Baruch College, New York City.
Les had an accomplished 28 year career at Pfizer Inc., NYC retiring as a Senior Director within Corporate Finance.
Although we are deeply saddened by his parting, we take comfort in knowing we are better people because of him. Les has left a legacy of love, kindness, and sound moral ethics behind.
Les leaves a lifetime of memories to his wife, Patricia, of 48 years. He is the devoted father of Gregory and wife, Maria; Brian and wife Amy; Marc and wife, Kate. He is the cherished grandfather of Gianna, Nicholas, Davis, Carleigh, Conor, Camryn and Declan.
