Born in Newark, Mr. Forfa grew up in Lyndhurst and lived in Kenilworth for 25 years before moving to Kearny. He was employed by Health First NJ, Newark. Funeral Monday at 9:30AM from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst, NJ. Funeral Mass 10:30AM St. Michael's R.C. Church (Lyndhurst). Creamtion private. Friends will be received Sunday 7-9 PM.
