Victor J. Vena

Vena, Victor J., of Jackson, NJ formerly of Fairfield, NJ on Monday, September 25, 2006. Beloved husband of the late Inger-Britt Vena (nee Almquist). Loving father of Victor K. and Eric R. Vena. Dear brother of Camille DeMaio and Anita Karlsson. Also survived by three grandchildren. Mr. Vena served in both U.S. Navy & U.S. Army. He was a Proprietor of Possel's Wine & Liquors, Jersey City, & Vena's Deli, Parsippany, for 30 years, he retired in 1987.
Funeral Service Friday, 10AM at the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Rd., Lyndhurst. Entombment in Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum. Friends will be received Thursday, 3-5 & 7-9 PM. Donations may be made in his name to Oncology Unit of CentraState HealthCare System, 901 West Main St., Freehold, NJ 07728.
