Anthony J. Di Tonto

Anthony J. Di Tonto, 88, of Lyndhurst, NJ on Monday, December 27, 2010. Beloved husband of Veronica (nee Carr) Di Tonto. Loving father of Marilynn (Lynn) Minarovich & her husband Vincent, and Lauren Foster & her husband Edward. Dear brother of John Di Tonto and the late Henry Di Tonto, Rose Evangelista, Margie Amorino and Ann Miele and brother-in-law to Carolynn Carr. Cherished grandfather of Bobby & Lyndsey. Also survived by many nieces & nephews. Mr. Di Tonto was a WWII Army veteran and a member of the Barringer-Walker-LoPinto Post 139 and AARP. He was the owner of Stuyvesant Confectioniary in Lyndhurst and was a Mail Handler for the US Postal System for 30 years before retiring in 1986. Funeral Tuesday at 9 AM from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst. Funeral Mass 10 AM Sacred Heart R.C. Church. Entombment Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum.
