Arceli G. Vargas

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Arceli G. Vargas, born on December 30, 1952, in Daet, Camarines Norte, Philippines. Arceli departed this life on November 21, 2025, leaving a profound impact on all who had the privilege to know her.

Arceli dedicated her life to her family and her work in the finance sector. Earning her Bachelor's degree, she became a respected professional in bank securities at Safra National Bank, where she spent many fulfilling years of her career. Her commitment to her work was only matched by her devotion to her family.

Arceli was predeceased by her siblings: Rudy Vargas, Ador Vargas, and Manolo Vargas.

Arceli is survived by her beloved daughter, Maria C. Vargas, who carries forward her mother's legacy of strength and determination. She is also remembered fondly by her siblings, Raquel Balce, Renato Vargas, Emilia Vargas, and Merly Clacio, and Rogerio Vargas. Her cherished nephew, Marcelino Dizon and his wife Dana; grand-nephew, Brandon Dizon; grand-niece, Lauren Dizon, and her cousin, Marilou Fontanilla, & family, will forever hold her memory dear.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 25th, 2025 from 3:00pm-8:00pm in Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, Lyndhurst NJ. Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, November 26th, 2025 at 10:00am in Sacred Heart Church, Lyndhurst NJ. Burial, to follow, Holy Cross Cemetery & Mausoleum, North Arlington.

As we celebrate Arceli's life, we remember not just the challenges she faced, but the joy she brought to those around her. Her spirit will continue to inspire all who were touched by her kindness, wisdom, and unwavering love.
