It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Augusta Salerno, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, who passed on May 18, 2025, at the age of 82. Born on August 25, 1942, in Volturara Irpina, Avellino, Italy to Angelo Feo & Maria Ingino.
Augusta brought her vibrant spirit to Fairfield, New Jersey, where she created a warm and loving home filled with joy and laughter. Augusta was a dedicated production associate for 33 years at Celentano before retiring in 2004, known not only for her hard work but also for her extraordinary kindness. A wonderful cook, her meals were more than sustenance; they were expressions of love that brought her family together. She will be remembered for her caring nature, always putting the needs of others before her own.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during the visitation Tuesday 4-8 PM at the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 7 Two Bridges Rd., Fairfield. Funeral Mass Wednesday 10AM St. Thomas More Church. Entombment Gate of Heaven Mausoleum.
Augusta's spirit will live on in the cherished memories of her family and all who had the privilege of knowing her. She will be dearly missed, but her love will continue to guide us.
