It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Beatrice Palmer on April 12, 2026 at the age of 87. She was born on January 20, 1939 to Vincent & Rose Adamo. Beatrice spent her formative years in Lyndhurst before moving to Hasbrouck Heights and later establishing her beloved home in Towaco in 1963 where she resided for over 60 years.
Beatrice was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, leaving behind a legacy of love and warmth that will forever be cherished by her family.
Beloved wife of the late Dennis Palmer. Loving mother of daughter Diana & her husband Vincent Browne, Judy and her husband Joseph Falzarano, Dennis and his wife Christine Palmer, and Stephen and his wife Deborah Palmer. Proud grandmother of Brittany Cusick & her finace Chris Wehmeyer, Christa with her husband Matthew Mawn, Dennis Palmer, Jr., Dina with her husband Sean Kaplan, Nicholas Palmer, Kevin Browne, Stephen Palmer, Jonathan Palmer, and Nicolas Palmer. Adored great-grandmother of Aubrey, Andrew, Vincenzo, & Valentino. Dear sister of Joseph & his wife Dorothea Adamo. Cherished sister in law of Theresa & her late husband David Palmer.
Beatrice's love for decorating her home for each holiday was unmatched, creating a festive atmosphere that brought joy to her family and friends. Her passion for gardening and adoration for flowers reflected her vibrant personality and nurturing nature. She found joy in "retail therapy," especially through QVC and the Home Shopping Network.
In celebration of her life, the family will hold visitation on Friday, April 17, 2026 5-8PM at Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 7 Two Bridges Rd., Fairfield. As we gather to remember Beatrice, let us celebrate a life full of love, laughter, and compassion. She will be deeply missed but her spirit will continue to inspire all who knew her.
Beatrice held a special place in her heart for animals, especially her beloved dogs & cats. Honor her memory with donations to the Montville Animal Shelter to mirror the beautiful way she loved and cared so naturally for all animals.
