Galanti, Carmela "Millie" (nee Mazzaccaro), 83, of Manchester, NJ passed away on Friday, December 19, 2014. Beloved wife of the late George Galanti. Loving mother of Charlotte & her husband Raymond Farley, Theresa & her husband the late William Nist, Mary & her husband Michael Anzovino and Vincent & his wife Sheila Galanti. Dear sister of the late Vincent Mazzaccaro. Cherished grandmother of Christy Farley, Suzanne Smith, Thomas Nist, Jennifer Woolston, Michael & Nicholas Anzovino and the late Jacqueline Anzovino. Adored great-grandmother "GiGi" of Morgan, Gwendolyn, Jillian, Analise, Brandon, Brody, Braxton, Dempsey & Leo. Mrs. Galanti was the owner of Duncan Taxi in Jersey City and a teacher's aide for the Jersey City Public Schools. Millie was a member of the Italian American Club & the Crimson Bells Red Hats @ Leisure Knoll. Funeral Tuesday at 9AM from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst, NJ. Funeral Mass 10AM St. Michael's R.C. Church. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. Friends will be received Monday 2-4 & 6-9PM.
