Carnig Shenloogian, 98, of North Bergen, NJ on Wednesday, August 25, 2010. Beloved husband of Virginia (nee Varteresian). Loving father of June & her husband Jack Kashishian, Irene & her husband Krikor Khorozian, & the late Dr. John & his wife Joyce Shenloogian. Dear brother of Charles & Gregory Shenloogian, the late Dr. Harry & sister Virginia Shenloogian, & Nectar Kalustian. Cherished grandfather of Ryan, Tracy, Jaime, Gary & Jackie Kashishian, Ara, Cynthia, & the late Shant Khorozian, Simone & Jason Shenloogian. Mr. Shenloogian was a Photo Engraver for Embassy in NYC & a member of the Photo Engravers Union for 40 years. He served as a trustee of the Holy Cross Armenian Church for over 30 years. He was a member of the Knights of Vartan of Mamigonian Lodge for 50 years. He was a charter member of AGAU Alumni & a member of St. Thomas Armenian Church Bowling League for 35 years. Friends will be received Monday 6-9PM at Hunt Stellato Funeral Home 1601 Palisade Avenue, Fort Lee, NJ. Funeral Mass Tuesday 10:30AM Holy Cross Armenian Church. Interment George Washington Memorial Park.
