Charles E. Dressler, Jr.

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Charles E. Dressler, who departed this life on September 2, 2026, at the age of 68. Charles was born on June 22, 1958, in Jersey City to Charles & AnnaMae (nee Morieko) Dressler.

Charles honorably served in the United States Navy and was a proud disabled veteran. He was a well-respected mail handler at the U.S. Postal Service for 30 years, where his dedication and hard work touched the lives of many. He gained deep satisfaction from his role in the community, fostering connections with co-workers and customers alike. Charles was also a dedicated member of the Lyndhurst Elks Lodge and valued the friendships and fellowship he shared with his fellow Elks.

Charles is survived by his siblings, William Dressler, the late Scott Dressler & his wife Karen, and Lorraine Santos & her husband, Al. He leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories with his nephews, Scott Santos & his wife Heather, Alex Santos, Scott Dressler & his wife Francesca, and Christopher Dressler, and his nieces, Kelly Dressler, Erika Dressler, and Kristen Dressler, as well as great-nieces Autumn, Isabella, Hailey, and great-nephews Mason and Max.
