Claire A. Tarabola (nee Main), 83, of Bloomfield, NJ formerly of Edgewater, NJ & Holiday, FL on Sunday, June 6, 2010. Beloved wife of the late John B. Tarabola, retired Edgewater Police Chief. Loving mother of JoAnn Tarabola, Patricia Wujek, and Al & his wife Norma Tarabola. Cherished grandmother of Tracy Rodriguez, Matthew & his wife Deborah Hintze, Tara Hintze, Melissa & her husband Richard Cuoco, Johnny, Christopher & Carissa Tarabola. Adored great-grandmother of Dylan & Madison Cuoco and Ava Hintze. Dear cousin of Walter & Dorothy Nelmes of Manchester, NJ & Bermuda, Grace Kromer & Linda Lewis of Bermuda, Alma Franklin of England, and Thomas Nelmes of Australia. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grand-nieces & nephews, & her devoted family Gloria & Thomas Ring, Dolores Tarabola & Dolores Lawlor all of Edgewater. Dearest friend of Evelyn Bradley of Denville, NJ for 65 years. Funeral Thursday at 8:30 AM from the Hunt Stellato Funeral Home, 1601 Palisade Avenue, Fort Lee. Funeral Mass Thursday 9:30AM Holy Rosary R.C. Church, Edgewater. Interment Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Tenafly. Friends will be received Wednesday 2-8 PM.
