Nicolaou, Costas "Gus" of Fairfield, (formerly of jersey City & North Bergen) on September 25, 2003.Gus was the owner of the Berkshire Diner in North Bergen for 36yrs. He retired in 1996. He was a member of the Cypriots of NJ out of Jersey City. He is survived by his wife Maritsa (neeGeorghiou-Demetriou-Varianides) His daughters Georgia Nicolaou & Anthea Kyriacou and their husbands Loizos & George. His son Andreas Nicolaou & his wife Barbara. His brother Pete & his sister Elli. 8 Grandchildren & 9 Great Grandchildren. Funeral Monday 9AM from the Ippolito Stellato Funeral Home 7 Two Bridges Rd. Fairfield. Funeral Liturgy 11:30AM at St. George GO Church. Interment Cedar Lawn Cemetery. Friends will be received Sat & Sun 2-4 & 7-9PM.
