Cruz "Millie" Thompson (nee Almodover), 68, of Bayonne, New Jersey, passed away on Friday, March 1, 2024. Beloved wife of Kenneth Thompson Sr. Devoted daughter of Maria Rivera & the late Israel Almodover. Loving mother of Kenneth Thompson Jr. and Amy Thompson. Loving Mother in law of Jacqueline Thompson. Cherished grandmother of Jazmine, Raquel, Emily, Elijah and Kaitlyn. Also survived by her granddogs, Bentley, Kody, Monte, Callie and Finn. Mrs. Thompson worked as a home health aide for 26 years in Bayonne NJ. She was a Sunday School teacher and part of the Worship Team at The Christian Church of Bayonne. She was also an active member of the MacKenzie American Legion Post #165 Woman's Auxiliary. Friends will be received for the viewing Thursday 3/7 from 4-8PM. Funeral Friday 3/8 9AM from the Caiola-Stellato Funeral Home, 691 Avenue C, Bayonne. Funeral Service 10AM at The Christian Church of Bayonne. Interment Holy Name Cemetery, Jersey City.
