Serrao, Jr. Loving mother of Donna Serrao, Joanne Carney & her husband Robert, Anthony J. III & his wife Adriana, Louis & his wife Susan, Stephen & his wife Tracy, Joseph & his wife Kathleen. Dear sister of Barbara & her husband Michael Yanoschak, Louis Ippolito, Jr. & his wife Joanne and the late Anna Marie Mazzoni. Cherished grandmother of Jill & husband Soner, Donny & wife Robin, Jennifer, Bobby & wife Diana, Kristen & husband Eric, Anthony IV, Stephanie, Jacqueline, Gary, Max, Phillip, Julia, Isabella, Sophia, Joey, Brittany & Kelly. Adored great-grandmother of Ella, Julia, Adalena, Onaliese, Emmett, Brooke & Jayden. Mrs. Serrao was the Tax Collector for the Borough of Rutherford for over 26 years. She was a former Coloumbiette, a member of the Rutherford Democratic Club, Our Lady of Victory Rosary Society, NJ Tax Collector's Association and The NJ League of Municipalities. Funeral Tuesday at 8:30 AM from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst. Funeral Mass 9:30 AM St. Mary's R.C. Church. Entombment Holy Cross Mausoleum. Friends will be received Sunday 3-7 PM, Monday 2-5 & 7-9 PM.
