Elizabeth Matrongolo

Elizabeth Matrongolo, a beloved matriarch and devoted friend, passed away peacefully at her home in Fort Lee, NJ, on August 21, 2025, at the age of 94. Born on December 16, 1930, in Englewood, NJ, Elizabeth lived a full life marked by her unwavering dedication to family.

Loving mother of Deborah & her husband Robert DeVito, Diana & her husband Johnny Wall, II, Linda & her husband Bill Wymbs and the late Stephen Matrongolo. Elizabeth also leaves behind a legacy of love through her grandchildren: Robert DeVito, Jr., Kelly Wall, Johnny Wall III, Sean Wymbs & his wife Amanda, Samantha Wymbs and Travis Wymbs. Adored great-grandmother of Karson & Finnagan.

The family will gather to honor Elizabeth's life with a visitation on Sunday from 2 - 6 PM at Hunt-Stellato Funeral Home. A funeral service will take place on Monday commencing at 10AM at the funeral home. Following the service, Elizabeth will be laid to rest at Fairview Cemetery, 500 Fairview Ave, Fairview, NJ.In this time of sorrow, the family invites all who knew and loved Elizabeth to join them in celebrating the beautiful life she lived and the indelible mark she left on their hearts.
