Eugene Costa, Jr.

Costa, Jr., Eugene, of Lyndhurst, NJ on July 7, 2005. Beloved husband of the late Matilda Costa. Dear brother of James Costa. Mr. Costa was a lifelong Lyndhurst resident. He served in the US Army during World War II. He was employed as a clothing cutter for Evan Picone in North Bergen for 20 years before retiring in 1985. Mr. Costa was a member of the Knights of Columbus #2396 of Lyndhurst and the Lyndhurst Senior Citizens Friendship Club. Funeral Monday 8:30AM from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst. Funeral Mass 9:30AM at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel RC Church, Lyndhurst. Interment in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Lyndhurst. Friends will be received Sunday 2-6 PM. Donations may be made in his name to the American Cancer Society, 20 Mercer Street, Hackensack, NJ 07601.
