Feulner, Thomas T. & his wife Donna L. Feulner and Kathleen F. & her husband the late Arthur H. Marquet. Cherished grandmother of 8 grandchildren & 19 great-grandchildren. Frances was a member of the Fort Lee Senior Citizens. Funeral Tuesday at 8:30AM from the Hunt Stellato Funeral Home, 1601 Palisade Avenue, Fort Lee, NJ. Funeral Mass 9:30AM at Madonna Church on the Hill. Entombment Madonna Mausoleum. Friends will be received Monday 2-8PM. Donations may be made to your favorite charity in Frances' name.
