Fred Billitz, 82, of Montville, NJ on Thursday, September 6, 2007. Beloved husband of 54 years to Madeline (nee Waltner). Loving father of Stephen, and Douglas and his wife Patricia. Dear brother of 4 sisters and 3 brothers. Fred was a Deacon at St. Stephens in Newark. Before retiring, he was a Brewmaster for Pabst Brewing Company in Newark for 21 years. He was in the Merchant Marines and Army during World War II. Funeral Monday 9:30am from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 7 Two Bridges Road, Fairfield NJ. Service at Restland Memorial Park Chapel at 11am. Entombment Restland Memorial Park. Friends will be received Sunday 2-4 and 7-9pm.
