George Stevens, Jr.

George Stevens, Jr., 52, of Lyndhurst, NJ on Wednesday, May 18, 2011. Beloved father of Richard & Stephanie, George was the 6th son of George D., Sr. & Margaret (nee Corrigan) Stevens. He was a graduate of Lyndhurst High School and remained a lifelong resident. Before his retirement, he was a floor installation specialist with Modern Floors of Ramsey. George was an avid motorcycle enthusiast and could always be seen riding his Harley. George is a former member of the Hoboken Motorcycle Club. In addition to his 2 children, he is survived by his faithful dog, Casey and by his brothers Peter of Pennsylvania, Mark, Kevin & Kenneth, all of Lyndhurst. George was predeceased by his parents and brother, David of New Hampshire. Funeral Friday at 11 AM at the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. Friends will be received Thursday 4-8 PM.
