Georgia Aloha Orsi

Georgia Aloha Orsi (nee Long), 81, of Towaco, New Jersey, passed away surrounded by family on Wednesday, February 28, 2018. Born in Paterson, she moved to Fairfield in 1968 where she resided until 2012. Beloved mother of Philip and Nadine Capozzi & her fianc Momir. Cherished and devoted grandmother of Danielle Capozzi. Daughter of the late George & Mildred Long (nee Vertucci) and dear sister of the late Rosella Cooper. She was a kind-hearted lover of books, and a passionate traveler who made lifelong friends wherever her passport took her. Her stories and humor will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate to know her. Funeral service Monday 10:30AM at the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 7 Two Bridges Road, Fairfield. Interment Fair Lawn Memorial Cemetery. Friends will be received Sunday 2-6PM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105.
