Giorgio DeFranco, 83, of Caldwell, New Jersey passed away Wednesday, September 11, 2024. Beloved husband of Grazia DeFranco. Loving father of Giuseppe & his wife Karen, Pietro & his wife Gale, Elio, Massimo, Dario & his wife Chauncey, and Mary & her husband Jared. Adored grandfather of Thomas, Christine & her husband Stephen, Jennifer, Kyle & his wife Sasha, Carissa, Giorgio, Katie, Gianluke, and Isabella. Adored great-grandfather of Nyla and Kora. Dear brother of Nina, Risaria, Rosetta, & the late Francesco, Giovanni, Mario and Angelo. Mr. DeFranco was born in Acri, Italy and served in the Italian Armed Forces. He was the owner of DeFranco & Sons Contractors and worked side by side with his sons creating beautiful Masonry work. Funeral Tuesday at 10:30AM at the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 7 Two Bridges Road, Fairfield. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. Friends will be received Monday 4-8PM.
