Mattera, Giuseppe "Joe" of Palisades Park, NJ (formerly of Ft.Lee) died peacefully with his family by his side on February 8, 2006. Beloved husband of Mary Mattera. Loving father of Anthony Mattera & his wife Dawn. Dear brother of Filomena Palamaro & her husband Giovan Giuseppe. Cherished grandfather of Alyssa & Joya Mattera. Also surviving are several Nieces, Nephews, & Cousins as well as 2 Sisters living in Ischia, Italy. Funeral Monday 8:30AM from the Hunt Stellato Funeral Home 1601 Palisade Ave. Ft.Lee, NJ. Funeral Mass 9:30AM at St. Michael's RC Church, Palisades Park. Intombment Garden of Memories Mausoleum. Friends will be received Saturday 6-9PM & Sunday 2-4 & 7-9PM.
