Helen Pirniak

Helen Pirniak, 82, of Bayonne, New Jersey, passed away on Sunday, January 13, 2019. Beloved sister of Olga DeMay. Dear aunt of Kathleen & her husband Joseph Tudino. Cherished greataunt of Joseph & Matthew Tudino and Patrick Pirniak. Also survived by her furry friend, Max. Helen is predeceased by her parents Joseph & Anna (Kurylo) Pirniak, brother Steven Pirniak, sister-in-law Mary (McGraw) Pirniak, nephews Steven Pirniak and John Michael Pirniak and brother-in-law John DeMay. Miss Pirniak worked for 40 years at Military Sealift Command (Naval Base). She was a lifelong communicant of Sts Peter & Paul Russian Orthodox Church in Bayonne. Funeral Friday 9AM from the Caiola-Stellato Funeral Home, 691 Avenue C, Bayonne. Funeral Service 10AM Sts Peter & Paul Russian Orthodox Church. Interment to follow Rosedale Cemetery, Linden. Friends will be received Thursday 4-8PM with the Panikhida service at 6PM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Helen's memory to Sts Peter & Paul Russian Orthodox Church, 98 West 28th Street, Bayonne NJ 07002.
