John Leahy

John Leahy, 90, of Lyndhurst, NJ passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his daughters 5 days shy of his 91st birthday on Wednesday, August 8, 2012. Devoted husband of 62 years to Angela (nee Guerrera) Leahy. Loving dad "pop" of Rene Mooneyham, Joan Hicks & her husband Jody, and Lawrence Leahy & his wife Gloria & their children. Dear cousin of Eugenia Diele. Mr. Leahy was a proud Marine veteran of World War II and a member of the American Legion. He was a Lithographer for Local 1 for over 30 years. Funeral Saturday at 9 AM from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst. Funeral Mass 10 AM St. Michael's R.C. Church. Entombment Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum.
