John W.. Alexis Jr, 71, of Hackensack, NJ on Tuesday, March 6, 2007. Mr. Alexis won a Gold Medal in Weightlifting in 1944. A Memorial Gathering will be held on Wednesday, 7-9pm at the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst, NJ.
