Joseph Bitetto, 82, of Wharton, New Jersey, formerly of Fairfield, passed away on Sunday, February 4, 2018. Beloved husband of Josephine (nee Rende) Bitetto. Loving father of Lillian & her husband Mayor James Gasparini, Vincent Bitetto & his husband Joseph Ferragame and the late Bill Bitetto. Cherished grandfather of Justin Bitetto & his girlfriend Hilary Ring, James Gasparini & his fianc Lauren Buechner, and Joseph Gasparini. Mr. Bitetto was a Route Salesman for Entenmann's Cakes before retiring in 1991. Funeral Thursday at 9AM from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 7 Two Bridges Road, Fairfield. Funeral Mass 10AM St. Thomas More R.C. Church. Entombment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Friends will be received Wednesday 3-8PM.
