Loving mother of Michael & his late wife Gloria Ascione, and John & his wife Nancy Ascione. Dear sister-in-law of Phyllis Ascione. Adored grandmother of Michael, Jr., Marissa, Brianna & Christopher. Cherished aunt of John & his wife Marietta Perfetti, Chucky & his wife Cathy Ascione, Carol Ascione and Michelle Ascione. Josephine was a member of the Happy Hoofers Dance Company. Funeral Friday at 9 AM from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst. Funeral Mass 10 AM Sacred Heart R.C. Church. Interment Hillside Cemetery. Friends will be received Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 PM.
