Josephine Cuccolo

Josephine Cuccolo, 91, of Tom's River, passed away at home surrounded by her Loved Ones on Friday October 6, 2023. Daughter of the late Josephine (nee Rubolo) and Pasquale Billoti. Beloved wife of the late Pasquale I. Cuccolo.  Loving Mother of Cheryl A. Schuckert and her husband Frank, Anthony Cuccolo and his wife Diane, and the late Gerardo A. Cuccolo. Adored Grandmother to Niccole McGlone and her husband Matthew, and Jerry Cuccolo and his wife Jackie.  Dear great grandmother of Zoey, Keira, Sawyer, Enzo, and Santino. Devoted sister of Patsy Bilotti and his wife Irene, and the late Rose, Carmine, Concetta, Americo, Lena, and Anna. She is also survived by her sister-In-law, Dolores DelVecchio, and many Nieces and Nephews.  Josephine was born and raised in Kearny. Once married to her Husband Pasquale, she moved to East Orange for 42 years before retiring to Pocono Lake for 10 years. She spent her final years in Toms River. Josephine was devoted to the Catholic Church. She taught CCD, Bible Camp, and worked the bingo games. She loved Flowers, baking, and doing Jigsaw puzzles. She helped assist her husband in the family business, but above all else she was a caring and generous homemaker to her family. Funeral Thursday 10AM from the Ippolito Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Rd. Lyndhurst. Funeral Mass Thursday 11AM from Queen of Peace R.C. Church, North Arlington. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. Friends will be received Wednesday 4PM-8PM at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, donations can me made to the Alzheimer's Association
