Juan Tomas Alba

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Juan Tomas Alba, who left this world on June 17, 2025, at the age of 60. Born on September 18, 1964, in the Dominican Republic to Juan & Bienvenida Alba, Juan was a beloved husband, father, brother, and friend whose warm spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Juan made his home in South Hackensack, New Jersey, where he worked as a Fulfillment Associate at Amazon. His dedication to his work was matched only by his commitment to his family, from his beloved wife Sonia Esperanza Collado de Alba, to his cherished daughters Amanda, Natasha, Mariam, and Dahiana. The love he shared with his family and friends created a legacy that will continue to bring comfort and strength to those he leaves behind.

Juan is also survived by his brothers Juan A. Alba, Juan C. Alba, sister Giselle Alba, and sister-in-law Antonia Guzman, all of whom remember him for his kindness, laughter, and unwavering support. As a family, they have been profoundly touched by Juan's compassionate nature and his ability to inspire those around him.

The family invites friends and loved ones to join them in celebrating Juan's life. Visitation will take place Friday 5-9 PM at the Hunt-Stellato Funeral Home, 1601 Palisade Ave, Fort Lee. Interment Saturday 11 AM at Maple Grove Park Cemetery in Hackensack.
