Kimberly J. (nee Centonze) Hamker, 59, of Fairfield, NJ passed away on Sunday, July 9, 2023. Beloved daughter of Albert & Terryl (nee Taister) Centonze. Loving wife of Donald Hamker. Cherished mother of Brittany Hamker, Kourtney & her husband Carlos Cruz, and DJ & his wife Lauren Hamker. Adored grandmother of Aiden, Caleb, and Emmy. Dear sister of Albert Centonze. Treasured aunt of Anthony Centonze and nieces. Kim & her family were the owners and operators of Bits & Bites Deli in Fairfield for many years. She had a passion for sports which she shared with her children while coaching their Recreational Softball and Basketball teams. Kim loved her time in the sun especially when vacationing in Florida or Tropical Islands with her family. Memorial Service Sunday 2-4PM at the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 7 Two Bridges Road, Fairfield.
