Lucie Vernaglia nee Catalano), 86, of Fairfield, NJ formerly of Hoboken on Wednesday, June 3, 2009. Beloved wife of Thomas Vernaglia. Loving mother of Claudette & her husband Thomas Murray, Thomas & his wife Marcia Vernaglia, and the late Michael Vernaglia. Dear sister of Marie & her husband John Quagliozzi and Nicholas & his late wife Hugette Catalano. Cherished grandmother of Kristine Murray, Andrea & her husband Keith Dovoric, Lauren & her husband David Klaussen, and Jessica Vernaglia. Adored aunt of Anthony, Ricky & his wife Pam, Michele & her husband Bill and their families. Lucie will be missed by many friends in Fairfield and those who remain in Hoboken. Mrs. Vernaglia was a member of the St. Francis Rosary Society in Hoboken. Funeral Saturday at 8:30 AM from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst. Funeral Mass 10 AM at St. Francis R.C. Church, Hoboken. Entombment at Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum. Friends will be received Thursday 7-9 PM Friday 4-8 PM.
