It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Luis A. Cardenales, aged 74, who passed on Saturday, November 8, 2025. Born on November 7, 1951, in Coamo, Puerto Rico, Luis was a beloved father, grandfather, and great-grandfather who measured his life not in years but in the love and memories shared with his family. Luis dedicated his working life to the field of manufacturing as a skilled welder, a profession that showcased his commitment to craftsmanship and provided for his loved ones.

Beloved husband of the late Maria R. Ortiz. Loving father of Madeline Cardenales and Eleana Cardenales & her husband Alexander Camacho. Proud grandfather of Emily M. Romanyuk, Alexander L. Camacho, and Elian J. Camacho. Adored great-grandfather of Ambrose, Anastasia, Danylo, Maria, Ophelia, and Alexander

Visitaiton Saturday 9AM-12PM at the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst. Funeral service at the funeral home to begin at 12PM followed by burial at Holy Cross Cemetery.
