Loving Mother of Daniel & Edward Velazquez, Mary & Al Palumbo, Kathy Velazquez & Mark Newman, Betty Velazquez, and the late David and Linda Velazquez. Dear Sister of Richard Jacobs and the late Robert Jacobs, Martha Tadych and Patricia Bogner. Dear Sister-in-Law of Karen Jacobs. Cherished Grandmother of Jennifer & Valerie Palumbo, Tiana Grehanov & Taylor Velazquez. Also survived by many Nieces and Nephews. Funeral service Monday at 11:00AM from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Rd., Lyndhurst, NJ. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. Friends will be received Sunday 5-9PM.
