Marie R. Pinto

It is with heavy hearts but joyous memories that we celebrate the life of Marie R. Pinto, who passed away peacefully on November 11, 2025, at the age of 85. Born on January 13, 1940, in Passaic, NJ, Marie was a beacon of love and laughter throughout her life. She made an indelible mark not only on her family but on all who were fortunate enough to know her.

Marie was a mechanical inspector for Howmedica, where she inspected prosthetics for over 15 years. Her most cherished role was that of a loving mother and grandmother.

Devoted mother of Maria Degrazio & her husband Anthony, William Pinto, David Pinto & his wife Carol and the late Michael Pinto. Treasured grandmother of Jenifer Olexsak, Joseph Lombardo, Christopher Hipp, JR Carrico, Gabriella Pinto, Maria Lubischer, David Pinto, Anthony DeGrazio, Michael DeGrazio, Paulie Pinto, and Lenny Pinto. Adored great-grandmother of Lexi, Ariana, Lilly, Logan, Matteo, Joey, Vincent, Dominic, and Angelina. Loving great-great grandmother of Milani. Dear sister of Marge Costello and the late Sue Daviduke and Joseph Manna.

Marie was known for her adventurous spirit, playful silliness, and boundless capacity to spread joy. With a heart of gold, she embraced everyone she met, ensuring that each person felt loved and valued. Her laughter was never short, and she embodied a warmth that lit up every room.

In honor of Marie's vibrant spirit, family and friends are invited to gather for a visitation on Saturday 11AM - 3PM at the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 7 Two Bridges Rd., Fairfield. This will be a time for all to come together, share stories, and celebrate the incredible legacy she leaves behind.

As we remember Marie, let us carry forward her love, laughter, and the adventurous spirit she instilled in each of us. She will be deeply missed but forever cherished in our hearts.
