Harris, Marion Jane, passed away quietly in her sleep on January 28, 2022 after a long illness. She was born to Mary (Vallario) & John Martoglio on July 19, 1948 and is survived by three sisters: Norma Linzalone (Pasquale); Joan Perini (Rudy); and Frances Babineau (Raymond), and two sisters Doris Pizza (Anthony) and Gilda Martoglio who are deceased. Also, step-sons: David Harris (Wendy) and Richard Harris (Tracy) and four grandchildren: Ally, Adam, Alexandra and Owen Harris. She also left many nieces and nephews. Marion was a graduate of Lyndhurst High School and Georgian Court College earning her degree in Art. Before moving to Phoenix, AZ where she lived for forty years, she taught art. She owned a yogurt and ice cream shop "Scoopers". Her favorite job was as a librarian telling stories to all the little ones. After becoming ill with Parkinson's Disease, she moved back to New Jersey to be close to family. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Parkinson & Movement Disorder Alliance (PMD), 7739 E. Broadway Blvd, #352, Tucson AZ 85710, or a charity of your choice. Funeral Service Wednesday, May 25th, 2022 at 12PM at the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. Friends will be received Wednesday, May 25th, 2022, 11AM-12PM.
