Mary Margaret Costa (nee Heffernan), 75, of Delray Beach, Florida, passed away on Saturday, April 21, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Pasquale Costa. Loving mother of Patricia Costa McCormack & her companion Kevin Dougherty, Anthony Costa & his wife Shannon and Teresa Duffy & her husband Matthew. Adored grandmother of Michael, Nicholas, Colin, Madelyn, Gavin, Maria, Owen, the late Matthew, and step-grandchildren, Julia & Alison. Dear sister of Raymond Heffernan, Eileen Verlotti, and the late John Joseph Heffernan. She is also survived by her brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. Funeral Friday at 9AM from the Bradley, Smith & Smith Funeral Home, 415 Morris Avenue, Springfield. Funeral Mass 10AM St. Theresa's Church, Kenilworth. Interment to follow Fairview Cemetery, Westfield. Friends will be received Thursday 4-8PM.
