Michael Cicerale, a cherished husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away at home on October 4, 2025, at the age of 95. Born on April 11, 1930, in Jersey City, NJ, Michael lived a life rich with dedication and passion, particularly in his 40-year career as a welder and machinist for Lloyd Engineering. His hard work and craftsmanship earned him the respect of colleagues and the admiration of those fortunate enough to be part of his journey.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Michael found joy in his hobbies. He was an antique car enthusiast who took great pride in his beloved 1965 Ford Mustang, a classic he purchased new and cherished throughout the years.
Michael's devotion to family was evident in every aspect of his life. He is survived by his loving wife, Frances Cicerale, and his three devoted children: Anthony Cicerale, Carol Lynn Glesias and her husband James, and Christopher Cicerale. He took immense pride in his role as a grandfather to Allison and James, showering them with love and guidance throughout their lives.
Michael's bond with his siblings was equally strong. He is remembered affectionately by his sister, Mary Mundy, and his brother, Frank Cicerale. His family also extends to many loving nieces and nephews.
Michael Cicerale will be profoundly missed by all who knew him. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during visitation at Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home in Lyndhurst, NJ, on October 8, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Cremation will be private.
