Mildred P. Adamchak

Mildred P. Adamchak (nee Petrish), 89, of Lyndhurst, NJ on Monday, September 24, 2012. Beloved wife of the late Frank Adamchak. Loving mother of Lawrence Adamchak of Lyndhurst, NJ and Dr. Linda Adamchak of Delmar, NY. Dear sister of Christine Burak of Roselle, NJ. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. She is predeceased by 5 sisters and 1 brother. Mrs. Adamchak was a member of the Western Electric Pioneers Club, AARP, Sts. Peter & Paul Orthodox Church and the Sisterhood Society of Sts. Peter & Paul Orthodox Church. She loved her family, cooking (she made the best cheesecake!), playing cards and vacationing in Green County, NY. Her children will remember her as courageous, dignified, kind, considerate, stylish, and a true friend who always listened intently and with an open heart. Funeral Saturday at 8AM from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst. Funeral Mass 9:30 AM Sts. Peter & Paul Orthodox Church, Jersey City. Entombment Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum. Friends will be received Thursday 7-9 PM and Friday 2-4 & 7-9PM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Sts.
