Patsy Aversa, 82, of Wood Ridge, New Jersey, passed away on Wednesday, November 15, 2023. Beloved husband of Lidia (nee Tornusciolo) Aversa. Loving father of Mary & her husband Edward Freudenberg and Nick & his wife Kerri Aversa. Dear brother of Rocco Aversa and Giuseppina Aversa. Cherished grandfather of Stephanie, Melissa and William Freudenberg and Brianna and Nickolas Pasquale Aversa. Patsy was predeceased by his parents Nicola and Maria Aversa. Also survived by many sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral Monday 9:30AM from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst. Funeral Mass 10:30AM Church of the Assumption of Our Blessed Lady, Wood Ridge. Entombment Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum. Friends will be received Sunday 2-8PM.
