Raymond Pona, 60, of Bayonne, New Jersey, on Saturday, November 4, 2017. Beloved husband of Yvonne Pona (nee Grillo). Adored father of Ray Michael Pona and Corinne Pona. Dearest brother of Michael, Frances, Anthony and the late John Pona. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends will be received for a memorial gathering on Wednesday, November 8, 2017, from 4:00-8:00 PM at Caiola Stellato Funeral Home, 691 Avenue C., Bayonne. Private cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hudson County Animal League, PO Box 3589, Jersey City NJ 07303.
