Jacobs, Richard, 81, of Lyndhurst, NJ passed away on Saturday, September 26, 2015. Beloved husband of Mildred (nee Battilora) Jacobs. Loving father of Dianne & her husband John LaGuardia & Karen Jacobs. Dear brother of Florence Higgins. Adored nephew of Charolette Jacobs. Cherished grandfather of Kayla & Isabella LaGuardia. Mr. Jacobs is a US Navy veteran and a member of the AmVets of Lyndhurst. Richard worked as a chemical operator for Hoffman LaRoche before retiring. Funeral Wednesday at 9AM from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst, NJ. Funeral Mass 10AM Sacred Heart R.C. Church. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends will be received Tuesday 4-8PM.
