Lubertazzo, Robert , 74, of Lyndhurst, NJ on Friday, April 3, 2009. Beloved husband of Helen "Precious" (nee Rizzolo) Lubertazzo. Loving father of Robert Jr. & his wife Eileen Lubertazzo, Sandra & her husband Jeff Marlow, David & his wife Nancy Lubertazzo, Ronald & his wife Denise Lubertazzo, Rosemarie & her husband Donald McMillan, and the late Susan Moniz. Dear father-in-law of John Moniz. Adored brother of Cosmo & his wife Cathy Lubertazzo, Dominick & his wife Juanita Lubertazzo, and the late George Lubertazzo. Cherished grandfather of 12 grandchildren & 4 great-grandchildren. Mr. Lubertazzo was the owner of Ace Luxury Car Service in Lyndhurst. He was a member of the Mt. Carmel Seniors, the Italian-American Club, and a past president of the Lyndhurst Booster Club. He was a member of the Pro-Bowler Assoc.(PBA) and the USBC where he was responsible for starting the Bowl-A-Thon program for the special olympics and a bowling clinic for the blind. He was inducted into the Bergen County Bowling Hall of Fame and later became a member of the selection committee. Bob was instrumental in organizing cars for the seniors in the Memorial Day parade. Funeral Thursday 9:30AM from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst, NJ. Funeral Mass 10:30am Our Lady of Mt. Carmel R.C. Church. Interment Hillside Cemetery.
