Walter James Lypowy Sr., 77, formerly of Lyndhurst, NJ on Sunday, November 29, 2009. Beloved husband of the late Zofia (nee Potoczniak) Lypowy. Loving father of Walter Jr. & his wife Debi Lypowy, Cathie Lypowy, and Linda & her husband Tony Ceneri. Dear brother of Joseph Lypowy, & Olga Lucyk. Cherished grandfather of Jacqueline & Matthew Lypowy and Cole, Luke, & Nate Ceneri. Devoted brother-in-law of Chester, Raymond, Joseph, & Marty Potoczniak. Mr. Lypowy was a Korean War Army veteran, a member of American Legion Post 139 and St. Michael's Holy Name Society. Funeral Thursday at 9 AM from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst. Funeral Mass 10 AM St. Michael's R.C. Church. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
